Hotel Bon Sol
I could not ask for more when it comes to a true spanish experience. Bon Sol was one of the most interesting establishments in terms of theme, decorations and overall feel. It has the touch of Spanish culture all around it, from the antique stylish furniture to the paintings, carpets, and even a suit of armor. I saw the owners mingling with the crowds every night around dinner time, chatting with people to find out how their stay at this hotel is. The bay on which the hotel is situated makes for a wonderfull view of Mallorca, an the gardens around it made for a relaxing afternoon stroll for me and my wife. The dinner was wonderful, although courses changed every day the cuisine kept a traditional touch, which fitted in perfectly with the atmosphere. Also the lack of crowds was a big appeal to us. The perfect spot for a traditional feel of Spain without the humming of more popular areas.
